Prayers for my Future Husband; I love you: you’ll get through this.

I pray that tomorrow you wake up and own the day.

I pray that If there is anything that hurts you, that it leaves and you and you learn something new.

I pray that you rise above everything that is an obstacle.

I pray that you love resiliently.

I pray that you continue making your parents proud.

I pray that you live life to the fullest.

I pray that you become the man you want your son to be, and a man you’d be okay with your daughter marrying.

I pray that you receive an outstanding amount of patience for dealing with your surroundings. (including me)

I pray that you become the man of God you are destined to become.

Jerry update : Jerald has been feeling pretty sick lately. His dad currently holds his phone and it is off. Don’t really know much, but he’ll be home sometime this week. Praying for healing in the name of Jesus. Blessed to have such a pair of wonderful campus youth pastors that prayed over me, and senior pastors from back at home keeping track of Jerald’s progress. Please keep Jerry in your prayers.

I pray that The Lord will bless you and him. Your strength and commitment is inspiring and I hope to build what you have with the love of my life. I’m rooting you both, and I’m praying for him.

  3. When I first started reading this post, I thought perhaps you were praying for the husband that you have yet to meet. Then, as you asked your readers to pray for Jerald, I thought maybe you’re engaged to HIM! Either way, your prayer is heart-touching. And you can add my prayer for Jerald to the many others.

Lord, I thank you that Jerald is in your keeping, that this illness hasn’t caught you by surprise. In the name of Jesus, we ask that you heal him. May Jerald be a walking miracle for you, showcasing your love and power!

And thank you, Yanira, for becoming a follower of my blog. I am honored you find the posts meaningful.

Thank you for following, God knows that I perhaps am not the right person for you to follow my blogs. I am for reasons that I will not go into yet a man with ebbing faith (not that it was ever real strong) and quite an irreverent pot stirrer to provoke thought and serious open lines of discussions on a myriad of topics. That being said I am sorry to hear about the love of your life. I am not sure what good prayers from a wretch like me will do but you have them. Do not give up hope, I do have a very young friend, Lisa, who is a stage 3 brain cancer survivor of 10 + years she has her good and bad days. I shot her wedding photos. She was diagnosed almost to the day of her first wedding anniversary and her husband left her shortly after because he could not deal with her being sick. Hold on to him, love him, it will not always be easy but then again it never is anyway. It is a very special thing that you have. Not many are lucky enough to have found their best friend as a child and stay with them until marriage. There are so many special things that go with that type of relationship that very few people actually care about today in this instant gratification and move on society. Good for you guys! You look like and sound like a very beautiful young girl and I am praying for the best for both of you. God bless from an ornery old guy set in his ways who is not sure God will honor his prayers. I can only hope that since they are for you two and not me they will be answered.

    All the best,
    Bernie

  5. Tell your soon to be husband that….It is in Consciousness/God that he finds his health. Health is not found in the form unless it is first found in your thinking. In Consciousness/God. He needs to go there and take a hold of HEALTH THOUGHTS for you can only experience what you think. What you agree to. I will know this for him too. And I hope you find helpful things as you follow me….

Thanks for following our blog. I am praying for your boyfriend. I have had cancer for 11 years and they gave me 3-5 to live, I know you must get alot of advice but check on hacres.com, this is pretty much what I follow.

  7. I’ll be praying for the both of you. It’s good he has a woman of faith with him during times like this. Thanks for coming to my website and following me. I’ll do the same. God bless you both.
